What I remember from it is the female lead is i think white/silver (or maybe black lol) hair with fair skin and she's smart politically and leads its nation or something and the male lead initially is her enemy but ends up giving up or helping the female lead and he is dark skinned.

I don't remember much but iirc they had this intimate scene while they were on a ship when they were travelling or something.
