Utilizing a Scadapack 474 as a site controller for various valve and counter functions in remote locations. DI 1 - 4 are 10khz turbine counters, then DI 5-8 are counters at 1.5khz max.

What is the difference between a turbine counter and a counter, other than the max frequency?
