Help.
Hi everyone, my fornite account got hacked by the rambler.ru email address, and they unlinked my PlayStation account from my epic account. I already did the account recovery steps, I did it yesterday. I don’t think I submitted a lot of information initially, but I did sign in from a registered device from my home where I always sign in. I have 3questions.

(1)How long does it typically take to hear back from account recovery department?

(2)Is there an email where I can send supporting documentation to avoid being denied?

(3)I also have 38k vbucks on that account, if the hacker uses my vbucks, will fornite reimburse my vbucks?
