Hi everyone , I am currently exploring the ABR alternate pathway. I’ve been trying to better understand how realistic this route is for someone with gap periods.: 1. Has anyone here successfully secured an ABR alternate pathway position despite having gap years in their CV? 2. For those who had gaps, what strategies helped you overcome them—observerships, publications, strong referrals, or something else? I’d really appreciate hearing honest insights or personal experiences from anyone who has navigated a similar path.
