Hi, so this is for my appointment from May 2025. I had to see a dermatologist that was out of my network from Masshealth (MassBrighamGeneral), so I needed a referral from my PCP. I went through all the process and was told the referral was all set. A few months later I received a bill for $500 and was told to have the referral sent over again for which I called the doctors office and they said they sent it. Now I've been getting the bill again and at this point they're telling me that the referral never went through and they can't backdate any claim that's past 90 days. Has anyone been through this situation before with Insurance? This is my first time dealing with this situation. If so, can you please help or suggest any solutions?

Hi, is anyone experiencing trouble with the Kathmandu Metropolitan City website? I am trying to find info on different Ward office but the website is taking forever. Also, I tried it with different browser and devices to access it but no luck.
