Not sure if I’m overthinking this but wanted to ask.

Went through a 3 stage process with a US company (I’m in the UK). Up until the last round the recruiter was really responsive, like quick replies and updates after each stage.

After the final interview (case study) I haven’t heard anything. Sent a thank you and followed up about a week later but still nothing.

Just feels a bit odd because they were so responsive before and now it’s just quiet.

Is this normal at this stage? Do companies wait until they’ve decided before replying or is this basically a no?
