I realized most todo apps just made me feel worse.

If I missed something on Tuesday, it carried over to Wednesday… then Thursday… and suddenly my list was just a pile of unfinished stuff I kept avoiding.

So I tried something different and built a tiny app for myself.

Every night at midnight, the list resets.

No rollover. No backlog. Just a fresh start every day.

It sounds simple, but it completely changed how I approach tasks. I focus on what I can actually do today instead of feeling guilty about yesterday.

Curious if anyone else feels this kind of “todo list paralysis”? Does this approach sound helpful or too extreme?
