Any help appreciated to identity the maker and year of these and if they likely hold any value.

First one is approx 2 inches height and 3 inches diameter at top. 90 grams (3.175 ounces).

Second is approx 2.5 inches height and 1.5 inches diameter at top. 60 grams (2.116 ounces).

Can anyone please help identify this silver creamer year/manufacturer and what the symbols mean? Is it likely worth anything?
Found it at a thrift with some other silverware that was dated 1920s England but this looks older
