Dutchman in Belgium. I aim to purchase a tailor-made suit but it seems difficult finding tailors who still do this where I live (Lommel). A friend of mine even suggested to go to Poland and have it done there, but I'll never find the time to do that.

The purpose of the suit is for attending congresses, but the suit will likely double for weddings. I tend to favour babyblue shirts and I prefer ties over bowties. I'd like to have a waistcoat also, if the setting is more casual.

Any suggestions?
