Hey all. I posted a few weeks ago. Thank you for the feedback. I've been following this group the best I can. 40 yr old active healthy eats right male pfs symptoms: ed / libido / brain fog / vision stuff / insomnia and more.
I'm seeing my GP today to request a hormone panel.
Current supplements I'm taking:
Fish oil
Vitamin D
Lutein
Bio-k probiotic
Magnesium threonate and biglysinite
CDG (650mg) - this is the one I'm assuming would affect results.
Other than that - daily food intake is:
Kifer / sauerkraut / papaya and papaya seeds
Eggs / sourdough bread / cheddar cheese
Whey protein / kale / spinach / banana / natural pb
Lean meet or fish / potato / rice / vegetables
Greek yogurt / walnuts / blueberries
Water
I do a heavy lift or hiit session daily.
Any suggestions / advice - I'm open to.
Also ordering a sequencing and Dutch test soon.
