Public service announcement everyone. My word of advise to everyone who has missing and overdue work orders is to send those tickets, especially the ones who are off boarded and still missing work orders. My experience with missing a WO for 3/21-27 and 4/4-4/10 has been finally resolved!! I am happy, and screaming rn because it’s finally over and I’m done with waiting for a verdict on these. They have responded to both WO but the WO for March was the one in question. When I reached out to them last week about it they sent me a screenshot showing that I worked zero hours 🤣really? Wow. Did you think I’m just gonna walk away with out getting paid for the 10 hours I worked each day? Nope. I dealt with the issue with respect and politely asked them to recheck their system bc there has clearly been an error and surprising they must have done just that or they wanted me to accept their response that I didn’t worked at all. They just responded saying they have created an invoice for the missing WO now and it will be sent in the next pay cycle. Moral of the story: Don’t play with your time, money and effort. Don’t go at them with disrespect but handle it smartly.

Just received this WO this morning around 7am cst. Did anyone who was also waiting got it too? I have one final WO left with them then I am done with them.
