I have been working as a graphic designer for 4 years. Pay is decent, stable, but workload can be very heavy. I have no plans of quitting anytime soon given the economy but I have been having life crises lately bc I had little to no career growth the past 4 years. I’m getting sick of the repetitive projects and the isolation of working from home. I got into this career with an entirely different degree so I keep looking into grad school but I always think na it’s not practical. I’d probably just do it for the community. I workout and run but where I live there’s not much of a community around these hobbies (being an introvert doesn’t help). Take a local job maybe? not sure with my workload.

What would your advice be in terms of career growth, finding fulfillment, and overcoming work from home blues?
