I had this final round job interview over 2 months ago, and was told after the interview that they had all the positions filled so couldn’t extend me an offer. They did mention will keep me in the pool for a few months and will contact me if the role ever becomes available again. I don’t even know if that can be called a “waitlist” or a rejection. Does anyone have similar situations before and have manifested successfully? Can I still get this job through manifestation?
