Over the course of the 3.3 patch, who should I focus on. If I was purely focusing on meta picks.

I'm thinking of phrolova and hiyuki right now (and hoping I got enough pulls for both)

Since I will need a temp DPS till I get phrolova, but idk how resources are like in this game so don't know how easy it is to build resonators.

Any help would be appreciated.
