Founder here. Been building Plootus — a gym management software for Indian gym owners (member tracking, attendance, plans, retention alerts, WhatsApp summaries for owners). MVP is live, a few gyms already using it.
Problem: I'm a frontend dev, not a salesperson. My existing sales attempt didn't work out — needed someone who actually picks up the phone and follows through.
Looking for: someone with B2B sales experience (fitness/SMB SaaS preferred — if you've sold to gym owners, restaurants, salons before, that skill transfers perfectly).
Setup:
• Commission-based to start (per-gym payout, details over DM)
• If you perform consistently and we click on vision, equity discussion opens up after ~6 months
• Remote + occasional field visits
• I won't pretend this is a salaried gig — it's not, yet. Apply only if commission-only works for you right now.
What I value: someone who reports back honestly. "Made 20 calls, 3 demos booked" beats "working on it." I won't micromanage if you don't ghost.
