If you’re building a real hardware product, you’ll probably fit in here.

I couldn’t find a space where people actually talk about the messy side of building hardware not just ideas, but the real stuff like prototyping issues, dealing with vendors, manufacturing delays, costs going out of control, things breaking, etc.

So starting this.

This is for people who are actually building or trying to ship physical products. Not just thinking about it.

Things we’ll talk about here:

  • Prototyping and engineering problems
  • Manufacturing (3D printing, CNC, injection molding, whatever works)
  • Sourcing vendors and materials Costing, margins
  • Scaling Distribution and actually selling And all the mistakes in between

Not really looking to make this another “idea discussion” space.

If you’re already working on something (even early stage, but real), you’re welcome.

If you’ve never built anything and just exploring — probably not the right place.

To kick this off:

What are you building?
What stage are you at?
What’s the hardest part right now?

Curious to see who’s out there building.
