Is su tech better or amd house

I got an budget of 215k

Should i get 8gb ddr5 ryzen 7800x3d

Or ryzen 7500f and 16gb ddr5

I only have a budget of 200k rn

I already own an rx 9070xt and an samsung 512gb nvme

If i go with The 8gb ram and ryzen 7800x3d i will be able to under it in 3 months
