M17 (neet in 1 day btw)

Lived all my 17 yr here but never went out of house even on an avg level

Like twice or thrice a year ( yeah new level of lonesum) but from this year i will do normal stuff

Learning driving rn , intuition was alright

But now it's been 10 days i wnna drive my own car outside but still aint 18 so can't go to busy or populas streets... Any body , can u guys give me insite about what if (real if) i take ma car outside what streets could be 10 on 10 safe and what could be 0 like getting caught and stuff 🥀, and yeah no hawabazi just wnna learn thats all
