Will I be considered a grandfathered contract
Hi,
I signed my contract of sale on the 25th of April but my settlement is only on the 1st of June for an investment property.
Based on the changes to be announced, will I be deemed an existing investor and therefore still eligible for negative gearing? Or will I be deemed a new investor?
