Is anyone still waiting on their printer tickets from Milan? I got an email a few weeks back saying they were being processed but so far I haven’t gotten anything.

I emailed their customer support and they said it just depends on the mail service. I live in the United States of America so I’m not sure where they are being shipped from and the time to deliver.
