Are there buildings that are better than others? I knew someone in one and it was very peaceful and friendly.

But I have encountered ones which were basically dangerous - really unwell tenants who were antisocial and couldn't be evicted.

If anyone knows the lay of the land on this, would be great if you could list the decent ones and the ones to avoid. I need to apply and would be great to know. (I'm a single person tenant btw and I know I've heard it takes maaany years to get one.) Thankyou 🙏
