


High protein “Hamburger Helper” - 488cal/43g protein
Got this from @demi_does.it on Instagram. Taste is 10/10. This recipe has you use a box of Kettle & Fire bone broth + 1.5c reduced fat milk. I should warn.. it comes out.. thick. Almost brick-like, which plus side you’ll feel quite full from it, but you may want to add some liquid to thin it out.
Alternative: Make the mac and cheese as directed and THEN do the other stuff.
