Now that everything is getting more expensive, what are people doing for kids’ birthday parties? I love making the day special, but venue prices have become really high. I checked several places, and most were charging between $350 and $500 or more, and that doesn’t even include food, cake, or party favors.

I can’t afford that right now and I’m not sure what to plan for my child’s 8th birthday.

I’d really appreciate any ideas for free or budget friendly party options.
