My daughter plays Roblox and I got her a $20 Robux gift card. We have used some of these in the past with no problem. I loaded one on in the usual manner over a week ago and for the first time, nothing has shown up.

I’m not good with this Roblox stuff to begin with, much less with trying to solve an issue. How do I go about trying to follow this up?
