I started posting yesterday. First post (carousel) got 11 views. What do I do to achieve such a growth rate?

I'm starting an Instagram account around career coaching. I want help getting set up and learning the ropes.

I'm looking for someone who's willing to discuss strategies and guide me on best practices and the do's and don'ts.

I have a one session per week model in mind. I'm not looking for an agency to execute the content, rather a strategist to guide me.
