Neighbor gave me this Trek Transporter Gary Fisher that had been left out in the elements for a while. All the frame welds look good, and my family needs a cargo ebike so I'm wondering if I should fix this up and slap a Bafang kit on it or just get a more ready-to-ride bike off FB marketplace.
