I have a medium in the men’s jacket but my arms are short so the sleeves fit pretty long. Otherwise it fits perfectly. I’ve seen posts on here saying that the sleeves on the women’s jacket are short. I was wondering if it’d make sense to order a women’s jacket but only if the torso fits the same.

I’m wanting to get the pictured pendant and necklace for my friend as a gift. Are they a good match or should I just get a silver necklace instead?

Please let me know what you think or even alternatives to consider thank you.

ETA: The reason for the necklace choice is she has been wanting a plain simple gold necklace as well. I really would like the pendant for her and if the necklace goes well with it then BOOM… she can wear it without the pendant as well.

I also had this one in mind: https://us.pandora.net/en/necklaces/chain-necklaces/anchor-chain-necklace/363899C00.html
Also the classic cable chain.

I’m 23 years old. 5’5 and currently weigh 150 lbs. I started at home dumbbell work outs back in October of 2025. At that time I weighed 164 lbs. The last 4 pictures are from around that time.

My current routine is pictured.

Clear differences I’ve noticed is so far: my muscle imbalance between my left and right side has improved. Increased arm size. I was able to do my first pull up and got 3 in a row. First time I’ve been able to do 20 pushups. My max bench is 125 lbs.

Any changes or critiques would be appreciated. It’s hard for me to see any clear differences between the photos but the progress in my routine whether it be increases weight used or reps shows something is happening. Thank you.
