Refund google play
I am from Vietnam.
Google Play has automatically renewed my PureVPN Max Plan subscription, but I did not want this renewal.
At the same time, when I checked my account in PureVPN, the subscription does not seem to be active, so I would like to request a refund. However, when I tried using Google Play’s automatic refund system, my request was rejected.
I contacted PureVPN, and they told me that only Google Play can handle this issue. I have tried contacting Google Play, but I have not been able to reach them.
Because I am Vietnamese, my English is not very good, so I am having difficulty explaining my situation.
The payment amount was $90.65 USD, which is a very large amount of money for me.
Please help me. I would sincerely appreciate any support.
