So, yesterday, I ordered my "usual" 2 packs of 12 cans of Monster Ultra, that were delivered this morning, full price. At 14.35, I received a mail, with their new offers/promotions and... "my" Monster was 30% cheaper than not even 24hours before :'(
I contacted them via the chat, told the lovely CS agent (really, she was nice af !) what happened and asked if it was possible to make a "commercial gesture" (hey, because, why not asking ?! If it was a "no", it was a "no", but not asking would have been a 100% "no")
Her answer : "Of course ! You have five days after any purchase to ask for a price reduction in that kind of case ! I will issue a credit note of the proper amount !" AND SHE DID, in less than one hour after our chat.
To summarize : If there's a promo/offer on an item you bought less than five days ago before the price reduction, they will compensate.
