Are all US playlist the same… do they all have basically the same channels?

I use Voco Tv playlist seems pretty good but that’s all I ever used. It’s weird a few channels I can’t get on TVMATE (Roku) but I can get them on others players like UHF (iPhone) and cast to tv.
