Aging well
I’ve reached my 40s 😭. I’ve been unwell my entire life, but my body has held up ok, I’ve had lots of injuries but i was getting by.
But hitting my 40s I’m really starting to think of my long term aging, I’m now at the point where I am losing muscle and my metabolism is changing.
How are people with EDS aging? I still want to be mobile and doing stuff into my 60s, 70s and 80s.
I had great success with reformer Pilates but I can’t afford the weekly sessions any more.
It’s likely hit me hard as I work as in health and recently I’ve been seeing people in their 60s unable to stand up or walk independently (not due to EDS)
What are your ageing well tips??
