Since it's a jungle primary, am I throwing my vote away if I vote Tom Steyer? He seems pretty neoliberal.
Katie Porter was my house rep and I didn't mind her so much. I'd vote for her if it means crowding out MAGA.
Suggest some names that are both neoliberal and strategic.
