For context: I grew up hearing about his friendship with people like Chinnathirai Nadigar and Media person Sanjeev and his cousin Vikranth. I always wondered whether or not he uses people to get bigger. I remember seeing a clip recently of 30 Years of Sanjeev because of the show Khiladi Jodies on Zee that my mom watches. It got me thinking about this. They all spoke of Sanjeev’s struggles. Hell I saw Sanjeev in Vijay film Nilave Vaa as friend character and never saw him again on big screen until mom showed me a song from Master. Sanjeev is supposedly Vijay’s best friend? So why the struggle? Does he not help his friends with getting opportunities? I mean as a star tier one actor I’m sure he has some say in costars. So why? Also Vikranth I remember had a film with a comedy track connected to Vadivelu where he was literally mistaken as his cousin Vijay and Vijay’s movies were used in the dialogues. Rumour had it he was having money struggles at a time as well. Does Vijay not help him either with opportunities? Am I missing something here? Did he help them that I don’t know about? I just felt like ranting this. Lately my mom who is an Anil by the way mentioned how she hopes he wins the election and he would be a good CM. Suddenly all these thoughts came to mind. I understand maybe audience didn’t click with Vikranth and Sanjeev, but PR pushing strategy and their friend who could’ve advocated would be helpful right? So am I crazy to think he uses his relationships for gain?
