This is easily an emergency function and should viewed through that lens/ perspective, also obviously I know after a certain percentage it's basically just vital systems on, but this was at around 7-13% mark, which my Chinese OEM phone's can handle with ease. again If you have it differently please give me your feedback as a bug is always possible, but I am definitely appalled as this a basic and useful function that is being hamstrung imo.
