So at least three times over the course of around six years we've been trying to file for child support and a paternity test
They can't find the man to serve him even though hes been in the same place for years and is still there
My child has never met their father and he refuses to acknowledge any attempt to reach out
They keep closing all our cases because "they can't find him"
And due to things he's said in the past he might have people on the inside protecting him
The child is almost 18 as been under the care of their mother for their entire life and it's getting on my nerves that i can't get him to take responsibility because the legal system "can't find him"
