Hello everyone.

After a decade of (mild-ish) symptoms and lots of normal tests and being told it's just anxiety, I finally gathered the courage to get a cardiology appointment a couple days ago (///^///) and I think I'm so lucky.

I was scared of being dismissed, or being told it's genuinely nothing and I made everything up, but neither happened ! (•//^//•) The cardiologist listened to me, and took me seriously, and everything was good so she said it might not be POTS but she believed me that my body's responses are at least a little exaggerated...

She gave me a beta blocker to take on bad symptom days, and now I'm going to exercise and recondition myself to exercising, then we'll see how it goes.

I wish everyone a nice day and good luck too! ^^
