Missing Link Ironhide theory - I reckon the upper torso will be one solid diecast chunk like this...

...with the green section of the arms staying behind, and the battle sled removing to make a Respect Mode homage, then the battle sled (2nd image) transforms into a super mode add-on to make Super Ironhide. Green section becomes the new arms. I can't quite figure out where the purple section has gone. Third mode is the teaser image for context. Can't wait to find out.
