Tips on mitigating effect of not managing to sleep
Hi, I’ve been having sporadic instances of absolutely not being able to sleep no matter what lately. I’m going to a doctor about it, but in the meantime - when this happens, what helps you get through e.g. a work day or a day of university? I’ve always had trouble with sleep, but in the last few months I’ve involuntarily pulled more all nighters than the rest of my life combined. I’m not really sure how to deal with absolutely zero hours, so if anyone has tips please do let me know :)
