I make some wooden toys that i sell at local events, one of them is composed of a 5x5 grid of wooden cubes about 3cm wide.

Right now i cut long 3x3cm planks and then cut 4 or 6 at a time at the table saw. You can clearly see the problem: the tiny wooden cubes are prone to touching the blade and shoot off.

In addition to that i also fillet them with a table mounted router which is also quite scary.

(I'm not English and I don't know the right terms for machinery and processes, if more explanations are needed feel free to ask)
