Hi everyone, I'm new to FreePBX.

I was trying to figure out how to sync FreePBX's internal address book with other external directories, like Google's. I tried using a FreePBX address book declared as external; in UCP, users can see it but can't add contacts. I'd like to understand how to allow a user to add contacts to an address book or use an external one. I need multiple users to be able to add or delete contacts from an address book other than their local one in UCP.

I'm not sure if I explained myself clearly. Thanks for your help.
