I need help with this issue: My HP Victus 15 laptop has an RTX 3050 graphics card, but it's not recognizing the dedicated GPU. The Nvidia driver doesn't appear in Device Manager, as if it never existed (the services are still listed as shown in the image). I've tried reinstalling Windows 10 and 11, but it's still the same (sometimes it's recognized, sometimes it's not). I even sent it to HP to have them reinstall the operating system, and the dedicated GPU was recognized, but after a factory reset, it's not recognized again. Thank all !

Mọi người cho mình hỏi về trường hợp này ạ: Laptop mình HP Victus 15 RTX 3050 nhưng không nhận GPU rời ạ. Trên Device Manager không hề hiện driver của Nvidia như chưa từng tồn tại (Những trên Services vẫn hiện như trong ảnh) Mình đã thử cài lại đủ bản win 10 win 11 nhưng vẫn thế (Lúc nhận lúc không). Đã gửi lên Hãng HP cài lại, nhận GPU rời rồi nhưng reset máy xong thì lại không nhận nữa. Xin anh em cách khắc phục ạ !
