Ok, so with AI enablement - Google reviews cannot be random anymore. Google is deleting them and punishing you by pushing your ranking down.
Now to get reviews, once needs to follow the following steps:
Day 1: Google the business name. Visit the reviewer website by clicking the website button on GBP. (Google Business Profile).
- Browse 2-3 pages of the website like services, contact, about etc.
- Be on website for 2-3 mins so the pixel captures you and browsing looks real.
Day 2 / 3: Visit the website again and browse for couple of minutes
Day 2 or 3: Click on the Chat button on the GBP profile and send “Hi” message on WhatsApp thru GBP or Click Call button and talk for couple of mins. (chat is easier)
Day 5: Now safely give a review. Review needs to be personalised and lengthy not a generic one.
