I got him into car mode as gently as I could and one side of his exhaust pipes was difficult to put in as you have to slide the arm part behind and the middle exhaust pipe has to lock in from behind and not just slide in.
So I need help changing him back and wanted to know the best way to unlock the exhaust pipes without breaking them as I've heard from other people here...

How has this been allowed for so long?
The sheer amount of rocks thrown up by the trucks leaving the gravel road is crazy.
I'm actually amazed someone in a motorcycle hasn't been hurt or worse killed by the rocks tossed up by the trucks leaving that spot.
Even if a dump truck leaving that area is going slow the cars, trucks and motorcycles coming up behind that truck are doing at least 100 Kph so the stone thrown up and heirs that car is like the rock going 100 Kph.
How is this allowed to be like this?
In normal situations there would usually be mitigating things done to reduce the chances of this.
Like tire pools with brushes to help dislodge the rocks before they hit the highway or maybe pave that area or move the exit someplace else?
