ASUS Mexico Sucks! No warranty

I have a warranty issue with ASUS Mexico. I have proof and evidence that my motherboard has a defective Wi-Fi chip, jitter of 1400ms and same wifi in another pc gives just 7ms. ASUS says their warranties in Mexico are handled through the sellers, so I followed that process. The seller “tested and checked” the board and claimed everything was working properly.

There is an official report on the manufacturer’s website, and I also have my support report and case number with ASUS Mexico (N2604029354-0001), but none of it has been useful. Now I’m stuck with a defective motherboard, and ASUS refuses to take responsibility because they say warranties are handled directly by the sellers and the sellers dont give any proof, just, "its working ok"". They even said they were going to contact the seller, but they never did, and now I’m left with a motherboard with no working Wi-Fi and I wont buy anything from ASUS never again..

ASUS is passing manufacturing defects onto the end user. So if anyone is considering buying ASUS products in Mexico, think twice because the warranty is not honored and they completely wash their hands of the issue.
