So... We are buying a foreclosed house from the VA, the closing has been postponed week after week for over a month... and we finally get a solid closing date for Tuesday next week so we decided to go and make sure there wasnt any added damage or anything, we get out there and the bright red roof was replaced with black shingles? We havent contacted anyone about it yet and they did say there was another offer supposedly the day after they accepted ours, does anyone have any advice on this or know why this would happen? The previous roof was in great condition without leaks so there was no reason to replace it.
