Has anyone had a bad experience after the colonoscopy was done? I did the prep, had the colonoscopy and felt tired but fine. Ate dinner okay after a noon procedure. Next day had lunch (tuna- maybe too soon?) and was vomiting all night. Had to go to ER two days after the scope and get rehydrated, blood tests, CT scan, anti nausea medicine. Doctor said everything was normal even though several of my labs were off. Starting to feel a little better on Day 3 post-scope. Just curious if others have experienced this. Doctor said it was probably the combination of the Prep and the anesthesia. It was awful, and I had a prior colonoscopy without any issues. New type of prep this time that will never do again.
