Hey Guys,

This past weekend I acquired a “time capsule” collection. The previous owner purchased the entire base set, and most of the jungle set for his son back in 1999. The cards went straight into sleeves and sat in a three ring binder for 27 years, until he discovered them in his closet this past month. His son had lost interest in them, so he was gracious enough to sell them to me. Most of the cards are what I would refer to as “pack fresh”. May I please get your thoughts on where this Blastoise may grade? There are absolutely zero blemishes on the holo, just a couple white dots on the back.
