Need help

I’m in a difficult spot and need advice I’ve been overstaying in Dubai for a year after my previous employer mentally trapped me leaving my visa un-activated while pressuring me to sign for money I never received. I finally won my case with MOHRE and received my official Labor Card cancellation but I’m now facing over 19k AED in overstay fines that my new employer wants me to cleared before they can process my new visa. Since my previous three waiver attempts were rejected while the permit was still active what are the chances of a major reduction now that I have the cancellation in hand? Are there any specific charities that help workers clear fines to start new jobs? I really want to work legally and would appreciate any leads on organizations that can help. Thank you

Hi, I’m in a really difficult situation in Dubai and I honestly don’t know what to do anymore. I was working in a well reputed company and after my contract ended I got an offer from another company so I canceled my previous visa. But the new company never processed my visa and basically left me stranded forcing me into overstay. I lost all my savings just trying to survive. Later, another company offered me a job even did my e-visa and medical. I’ve applied for a fine waiver three times but got rejected every time without any clear reason. I’ve also been scammed out of around 2000 AED by people promising “wasta” to fix it but nothing worked. Now another company is ready to hire me, but I need to clear this fine first which I simply cannot afford. My overstay fine has now reached 19,000 AED Is there any charity, legal way, or organization in the UAE that can help reduce or waive such fines? At this point any guidance could literally save my life.
