I have a new to me 21 Toyota 4Runner in midnight black metallic. Night time it looks phenomenal but when it’s sunny out and you get close you see the swirls. There’s also a few areas where you can see the previous owner tried to do touch up paint but did a horrible job.
Anyway I’ve been thinking about getting it paint corrected, I think a 2 stage would be the ideal. I’m not looking to get it to show room condition.
I’ve never done paint correction before, is it worth it to learn and do it myself or should I just pay a professional?
