Hi everyone,
For the last few days I’ve been having a really annoying issue with Tarkov online raids.
When loading into a raid, the game takes a very long time on “Loading Objects". My friend usually loads into the raid 1–2 minutes before me.
The bigger issue is after the raid ends. After dying or extracting, I get stuck on a black screen for several minutes. Sometimes the game eventually comes back after 5+ minutes, but sometimes it ends with an Authorization Error.
Important detail: offline mode works normally. I don’t have the same loading/post-raid issue in offline mode.
My specs:
- CPU: Ryzen 7 9700X
- GPU: RTX 3070
- RAM: 2x16 GB DDR5
- Storage: 2x 1 TB NVMe SSDs
- OS: Windows 10
- Both drives have plenty of free space
- Pagefile is enabled and I increased the commit limit
- Tarkov is installed on NVMe(Tried different dirves as well)
Things I already tried:
- Cleared launcher cache/temp files
- Integrity check
- Reset local Battlestate/Tarkov AppData folders
- Repaired/reinstalled BattlEye
- Tried different Tarkov server regions
- Tried different DNS
- Tried mobile hotspot instead of home internet
- Added Defender exclusions
- Checked pagefile/committed memory
- Tested offline mode, which works fine
- Reinsalled game
The problem still happens online even with mobile hotspot, so I’m not sure if it’s ISP/router related. Since offline works fine, it feels like something related to online session synchronization, profile/auth/backend handoff, or some client-side issue during online raids.
Also, during the post-raid black screen the game is not fully crashed; it usually sits there for minutes and may eventually recover or throw Authorization Error.
Has anyone else had this recently? Any fixes besides reinstalling Windows or waiting for BSG? I’d appreciate any suggestions, especially from people who had long “Loading Objects” and long post-raid black screens at the same time.
